  • 1. Admissions confirmation (included in the Enrolment fee)

    • Program place confirmation
    • Possibility to choose/modify study modality
    • Academic schedule communication (once the tuition fees are paid)
    • Internship consultation

    2. Student Support (additional fee of 500 Eur, taxes not included)

Once admitted (the tuition fees are paid), the school administration issues and delivers the following original documents for administrative issues:

    • An Admission Certificate in the Spanish language with the exact course details and payment confirmation
    •  Study Plan
    •  Accommodation Confirmation, if contracted
    •  Medical Insurance, if contracted

Once you arrive with a student visa, you will have 1 month to apply for a Student Residence card (for programs longer than 6 months).

Our professional team will consult with you on this process.

If not contracted, students can still request the original documents to be issued and request the delivery service. The student can arrange the express post pick-up service or authorize somebody to pick it up at school.

HTL International School provides an official Translation service of the required documents for any administrative issues. Please email us all documents to receive the service quotation and the execution period.

The visa requirements change, so we recommend contacting the Spanish consulate in your country for more details about the documents to be presented from your side and the appointment.
Please note, when applying for the study visa, it is unnecessary to present the acceptance letter, invoice, or internship agreement; only the Admission Certificate issued by the school.

Sometimes, visa applicants are asked to pass a personal interview at the consulate.
